Grilled Halibut with Chimichurri

Grilled Halibut with Chimichurri
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Pacific Seafood Premium Halibut Portions (#8028), thawed
- Pinch of Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028)
Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 5 tsp Kirkland Minced Garlic (#1289)
- 2 Tbsp fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1/4 cup red white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146)
Instructions:
- First, prepare the Chimichurri Sauce by placing the parsley, garlic, and oregano into a food processor. Blend until smooth, then transfer to a bowl. Whisk in the oil, vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
- For the halibut, pay dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then place onto the grill for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, turning halfway.
- Set the halibut onto a plate and drizzle the chimichurri overtop. Serve with greens and grilled vegetables.
