Chocolate Macaroon Chia Pudding

Breakfast or a treat? You won’t be able to tell the difference with this Chocolate Macaroon Chia Pudding. Chia seeds are high in protein, fiber, and more plant-based Omega-3, so you can feel good about feeding this to your family.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the granola, in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Top with granola and serve.

Blueberry Cream Cheese

Delicious, fluffy gourmet bagels baked at home, topped with an easy homemade blueberry cream cheese with Wyman’s Blueberries.

Bagels and Wild Blueberry Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. For the bagels, remove 6 from freezer. Line baking tray with parchment paper and spray. Cover tray with plastic tightly and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours.
  2. Then, remove tray from fridge, remove cover and leave product at room temperature until the dough has doubled in size. Approximately 90-120 minutes.
  3. Then, place bagels in 375F** oven and bake for 12-17 minutes, or until brown. For a crispier crust mist dough with water before baking.
  4. For the cream cheese, add the blueberries, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, them simmer for 7 to 10 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Meanwhile, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the blueberry sauce, and fold in until combined.
  6. Once the bagels are done, carefully cut in half and spread on the cream cheese. Enjoy!

Red, White, & Blue Frozen Yogurt Bars

Frozen Yogurt Granola Bars are an incredibly easy festive treat made with Greek yogurt, heavy cream, granola, strawberries, and blueberries. These can be made the night before for less prep-work the day of. This recipe is pretty simple, and can be made sugar-free by using BBF Monk Fruit Blend (#1745).

Change it up!

Keep the base of yogurt + heavy cream, but change up the fruit throughout summer. Here are a few of our favorites:

An incredibly easy festive treat made with Greek yogurt, heavy cream, granola, strawberries and blueberries.

Red, White, & Blue Frozen Yogurt Granola Bars

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, line an 8″x8″ pan with a Medallion Interfolded Foil Sheet (#2351).
  2. Then, combine all the ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pour into the prepared pan and use a rubber spatula to spread the mixture evenly. If desired, add more blueberries, strawberries and granola to the top.
  4. Now, place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, allow to sit out for a few minutes before cutting into bars. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

*Use a yogurt with a high fat content to prevent ice crystals from forming.
