What’s so great about USA Pans?

Our Rectangular Cake Pan (#1606) can be used for more than just cake- and we were so glad to have it for this recipe! This pan is a uniquely designed heavy-gauge aluminized steel pan with fluted surface which facilitates air circulation for even heating, and also maximizes pan strength to reduce warping. The pan also features patented AMERICOAT® nonstick coating. Plus, it comes with a lid that is specifically designed to fit the pan like a glove and comes with a handle to allow for easy transport. What’s not to love?! View our full selection of USA Pans here.

Amish Rolls

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Then, knead until the dough is soft.
  2. Next, lightly grease a bowl and place the dough in it. Cover with plastic wrap (#) and place in a warm spot to rise, about 90 minutes. The dough should double in size.
  3. Punch the dough down and place it onto a floured surface. Then, divide it into 24 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a round rol, then place into your 9 x 13 pan (#). Let raise again for 1 1/2-2 hours until puffy.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 350F.
  5. After allowing the rolls to rise again, remove the plastic wrap. Using a basting brush, lightly brush the dough with melted butter. Then, place in the oven for about 20 minutes or until they begin to brown.
  6. Brush with butter again before serving.
