Ingredients:
Orange Glaze:
Instructions:
  1. First, line a Crestware Cookie Sheet (#4020) with parchment paper (#1153) and set aside.
  2. Then, whisk the first 7 ingredients together. Then, using your hands or a Norpro Pastry Cutter (#2433), add the coconut oil. To the crumble mixture, fold in the cranberries.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla, orange juice, and oatsome. Slowly add it to the flour mixture, until the dough is just moist.
  4. Then, transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and gently knead a few times. Pat the dough into a circle, then divide it into 8-10 triangles.
  5. Next, arrange the triangles about 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400F.
  7. Now, use a pastry brush to brush some oatsome milk on the top of the scones, followed by a little bit of brown sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. While the scones bake, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, zest, and orange juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
  9. Transfer the scones to a Crestware Cooling Rack (#1145). Once cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze on top. Enjoy!
