Key Lime Chia Parfait
This Key Lime Chia Parfait is perfect for a hot summer day. Layered with a lime mixture and chia seeds, it makes for a great breakfast or snack. Try adding slivered almonds or hemp seeds as well.

Key Lime Chia Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Silk Original Almond Milk (#1456)
- 3/4 cup Simplot Avocado Dices (#1645)
- 1/4 cup baby spinach, for color
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave (#3522)
- 1 tsp lime zest, plus additional for garnish
- 1 tsp Blue Cattle Mexican Vanilla (#6919)
- Vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup BBF Organic Chia Seeds (#8941), plus additional for garnish
- Fieldstone Bakery Premium Original Granola (#5768)
- Coconut flakes, for garnish
Instructions:
- First, blend together all of the ingredients except for the last four.
- Then, whisk the chia seeds into the mixture. Allow to sit for at least 5 hours, or overnight.
- Next, assemble your parfait by layering the chia mixture, yogurt, and granola. Garnish as desired.
