Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken & Green Beans

Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken & Green Beans
Ingredients:
- 4 Pierce’s Boneless Chicken Breast (#6519), thawed
- 2 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
- Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- 1 lb. Flav-R-Pac Green Beans (#3781)
- 2 tsp Kirkland Minced Garlic (#1289)
Instructions:
- First, preheat your oven to 400F.
- Then, place the chicken on a cookie sheet (#4020) lined with parchment paper (#1153). Drizzle 1 tbsp of the oil and half of the lemon juice over the chicken, then season with zest, salt, and pepper. Bake for 8 minutes.
- Next, mix the remaining oil with the green beans and season with salt, pepper, and the remaining lemon juice.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and add the green beans to the cookie sheet. Add the garlic and lemon slices over top, then place back into the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
