Speedy Hawaiian BBQ Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1 1/2 cups Flav-R-Pac Fajita Blend Vegetables (#2069)
- 1/2 bag Foster Farms Chicken Tenders (#6829), thawed and cut into chunks
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- Regal Sea Salt (#1146) and Table Grind Black Pepper (#1029), to taste
Instructions:
- Lightly sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil on medium heat in large skillet. Add the chicken and Fajita Vegetables and cook, stirring constantly, until the chicken is browned.
- Combine the BBQ sauce and pineapple; pour over the chicken mixture in the pan and stir to combine.
- Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Spoon over hot rice or Wing Hing Yakisoba Noodles (#9176).
