Copycat PF Changs Lettuce Wraps
There’s no need to dine out with this quick copycat recipe. A light and flavorful meal, these turkey lettuce wraps are served with a simple dipping sauce and in our opinion are better than the restaurant. Your family will inhale them, they’re so good!
These lettuce wraps also work great for meal prep, too. Just whip up a batch on Sunday night, divide into meal prep containers, place the lettuce, ground turkey mixture, and sauce all in their own section. It will stay good in the fridge for up to 5 days. When you’re ready to eat, just remove the lettuce from the dish and heat the meat and sauce in the microwave.

Copycat PF Changs Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
Lettuce Wraps:
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lb. Carolina Ground Turkey (#3568), thawed
- 1 cup Phillips Gourmet Diced Mushrooms (#2222)
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sriracha, to taste
- 3 Tbsp Kirkland Minced Garlic (#1289)
- 1 tsp AP Ground Ginger (#1420)
- 8 oz. water chestnuts, drained and diced
- Regal Coarse Sea Salt (#1147) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- 2 to 3 green onions, sliced
- Butterball lettuce
Sauce:
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1-3 tsp sriracha
- 1 SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Green Onion (#1864), sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
- First, prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Set aside.
- Then, prepare the filling. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet, then add the ground turkey and cook until cooked through and crumbled.
- Then, mix in the mushrooms, chopped onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha. Cook until the onions are soft, stirring often.
- Now, add the garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant. Then, mix in the water chestnuts, green onions, salt and pepper, cooking for a few more minutes.
- To assemble, spoon the mixture into the lettuce leaves and top with the dipping sauce.
