Crockpot Freezer Meals to Have on Hand
With all the time spent at home lately, it has been great to get ahead in the kitchen. We’re feeling prepped and ready to conquer homeschooling our kids! (That might be a bit of a stretch…) Either way, we are big fans of having a few good freezer meals on hand for those days that cooking dinner just seems like too big of a task.
3 meals to try
Simply throw all the ingredients for this Crock Pot Honey Sesame Chicken into a Ziploc bag and freeze until ready to use.
Crock Pot Honey Sesame Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Sun-Land Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (#5513), cubed if desired
- 1 cup Busy Bee Honey (#1148)
- 3 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1-2 Tbsp Kirkland Minced Garlic (#1289)
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp each Regal Sea Salt (#1146) and AP Black Pepper (#1029)
- Combine all the ingredients in a Ziploc Gallon Freezer Bag (#1979) and toss to coat. Place in the freezer until ready to use.
- When ready to use, place a PanSaver Slow Cooker Liner (#1089) into your crockpot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, then shred the chicken and place back into the sauce. Serve over rice.
A delicious dump and go meal with cranberries, fresh ginger, and pork roast served over rice.
Crockpot Ginger Cranberry Pork
Ingredients:
- 1 boneless pork loin roast
- 2 cups BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups frozen cranberries
- 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Kirkland Minced Garlic (#1289)
- 1/2 tsp each of AP Mustard Seed Powder (#1428), Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146), and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028)
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a Ziploc Gallon Freezer Bag (#1979) and toss to coat. Place in the freezer until ready to use.
- When ready to use, place a PanSaver Slow Cooker Liner (#1089) into your crockpot. Cook for 5 to6 hours on low, or 3 to 3 1/2 hours on high. Serve over rice.

- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 cups BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1 bell pepper, cubed
- 1 cup Flav-R-Pac Chopped Onions (#5772)
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a Ziploc Gallon Freezer Bag (#1979) and toss to coat. Place in the freezer until ready to use.
- When ready to use, place a PanSaver Slow Cooker Liner (#1089) into your crockpot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, then shred the chicken and place back into the sauce. Serve with rice or potatoes.
