Low Carb Beef Bulgogi

Low Carb Beef Bulgogi
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Main St. Meats Beef Strips (#2604), thawed
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 1/4 cup Flav-R-Pac Chopped Onions (#5772)
- 3 Tbsp Kirkland Minced Garlic (#1289)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp BBF Monk Fruit Zero Calorie Sweetener (#1745)
- 2 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onion
Instructions:
- First, combine the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well so the meat is evenly coated, then place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Then, heat a skillet with avocado oil. Add the beef mixture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked through to your liking.
- Serve over a bed of Flav-R-Pac Riced Cauliflower (#2743).
