  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Line a baking sheet (#5957) with foil (#1963). If desired, place a wire rack (#1145) in the baking sheet as well. This will help all sides of the wings crisp up.
  3. Next, place the chicken wings into a bowl. If needed, pat dry. Add the seasoning and toss. Then add the seasoning and toss to coat. Drizzle with the oil and toss again until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Then, place the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. Heat frozen wings 35-45 minutes until skin is crispy and meat at the bone is no longer pink.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy.

These sweet and spicy baked chicken wings are slathered in a Thai sweet chili sauce. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve a larger crowd.

Baked Chicken Wings with Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Line a baking sheet (#5957) with foil (#1963). If desired, place a wire rack (#1145) in the baking sheet as well. This will help all sides of the wings crisp up.
  3. Whisk together the chili sauce, soy sauce, and chili paste. Adjust the measurements depending on how spicy you like.
  4. Toss the chicken in 1/2 cup of the sauce, reserving the rest.
  5. Place in a single layer on the baking sheet and cook for 35-45 minutes until skin is crispy and meat at the bone is no longer pink.
  6. If desired, brush with remaining sauce halfway through or keep for dipping.
  7. When the wings are done, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve as is or with remaining sauce. Enjoy!
