Stir fry is a great recipe for meal prep. Just make a batch and divide into CubeWare Two-Compartments Meal Prep Containers (#1763). Add the veggies to one half of the container, with the rice in the bigger half. Store in the fridge and heat in the microwave when you’re ready to eat!

Wild Alaska Pollock Stir Fry

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First heat half the oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook the redi cuts for 2-3 minutes on each side, then place in a bowl.
  2. Next, add the remaining oil to the skillet and saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the stir fry blend and 1/2 cup of water. Allow to steam for 3 minutes or until tender, then add the black bean sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Add the redi cuts back to the pan, and toss to combine.
  3. Serve over a bed of rice, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
