Wild Alaska Pollock Stir Fry
Simple stir fry with Alaskan Pollock Redi Cuts and Stir Fry Veggies with hints of ginger and garlic served over a bed of fresh rice. This is a great meal to prep for the week! And for a low-carb option, simply serve over Flav-R-Pac Riced Cauliflower (#2743).
Try this for meal prep
Stir fry is a great recipe for meal prep. Just make a batch and divide into CubeWare Two-Compartments Meal Prep Containers (#1763). Add the veggies to one half of the container, with the rice in the bigger half. Store in the fridge and heat in the microwave when you’re ready to eat!

Wild Alaska Pollock Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bag Flav-R-Pac Deluxe Stir Fry Vegetable Blend (#5309), thawed
- 2 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1 lb. Trident Alaskan Pollock Redi Cuts (#2259), thawed and patted dry
- 1 in. ginger root, grated
- 2 cloves SupHerb Farms Whole Roasted Garlic (#2278), grated
- 1 Tbsp black bean sauce, can sub with miso paste
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- Steamed rice
- Green onion and sesame seeds, to garnish
Instructions:
- First heat half the oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook the redi cuts for 2-3 minutes on each side, then place in a bowl.
- Next, add the remaining oil to the skillet and saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the stir fry blend and 1/2 cup of water. Allow to steam for 3 minutes or until tender, then add the black bean sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Add the redi cuts back to the pan, and toss to combine.
- Serve over a bed of rice, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
