To make this recipe even easier, use Pierce Seasoned Diced Chicken Breast (#7787). Since this product is already cooked, it just needs to be heated through in the oven (while the cheese is melting).

Carrie’s Tots & Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2-3 Sun-Land Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (#5513)
- 1 tsp Ultimate Onion Blend (#4575)
- 1 lb. Ore-Ida Seasoned Golden Tater Tots (#2425)
- Vegalene Buttery Delite (#1576)
- 1/4 cup Kirkland Bacon Crumbles (#1241)
- 1/2 cup Kirkland Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese (#1860)
- AP Lip Smackin’ Chipotle Ranch Dip (#2589)
Instructions:
- First, dice the chicken breast and add it to the Instant Pot along with the Ultimate Onion Blend and 1 cup of prepared Custom Culinary Chicken Base (#1038). Cover with the lid and set the pressure release valve back. Cook manually for 8 minutes with a quick release before removing the lid.
- Meanwhile, Place tots in air fryer basket and spray with Vegalene. If desired, sprinkle with AP Seasoning Salt (#1033). Cook at 350F for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Cook until they reach crispness of your liking.
- Then, preheat oven to 350F.
- Lightly spray a 9×13 pan with vegalene. Add the air fried tots and cooked chicken to the pan, then sprinkle with dry Chipotle Ranch Dip and top with the bacon crumbles and cheese. Place into the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly crispy.
