Herb Roasted Turkey Breast
Tender Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, basted with a simple garlic and fresh herb butter and oven-roasted to perfection. Plus, with the breast-only meat, you won’t have to worry about any bones. Use the pan drippings for a simple gravy to serve over turkey, stuffing, and potatoes.
Simple Dripping Gravy
- 1/4 cup Kirkland Salted Sweet Cream Butter (#1723)
- 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour (#1277)
- 1 tsp each fresh chopped rosemary, sage, and thyme
- Regal Spice Coarse Sea Salt (#1147) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- Turkey Drippings from Roasting Pan, strained
- If needed: more broth
Instructions:
- First, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour, fresh herbs, salt and pepper and whisk until lightly browned.
- Then, slowly whisk in the turkey drippings, bringing to a boil. Now, simmer for 5-10 minutes or until thickened. If needed, season with more salt and pepper and add 1/4 cup turkey broth at a time to reach desired consistency. Serve over Roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing.

Herb Roasted Turkey Breast
Ingredients:
- 1 Golden Legacy Oven Roasted Skin-On Turkey Breast (#9197), thawed
- 5 Tbsp Kirkland Salted Sweet Cream Butter (#1723), room temperature
- 3 cloves SubHerb Farms Whole Roasted Garlic (#2278), minced
- 1 Tbsp each fresh chopped rosemary, sage, and thyme
- Regal Spice Coarse Sea Salt (#1147) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- Vegalene Garlic Mist (#1577)
- Choice Half Size Foil Deep Steam Table Pan (#2391)
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 450F.
- Then, spray the foil pan with Vegelane Garlic Mist. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the soft butter, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Generously spread the butter on top of the turkey breast. If desired, spread some under the skin for more flavor. Then, place in the pan.
- Now, bake for 15-25 minutes for until the skin begins to brown.
- Then, reduce the heat to 350F, baking for about an hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160F. If desired, add 1 cup water to the pan for more drippings.
- Remove from the oven, cover with Kirkland Premium Quality Foodservice Foil (#1963) and allow to rest until the internal temp. reaches 165F. This will help the turkey not dry out.
- If desired, use the juices to make a simple gravy.
