Easy Pie Crust

  • 1/2 box Krusteaz Pie Crust Mix
  • 1 cup ice cold water

Instructions:

  1. Place mix in bowl. Using a paddle, gradually add water while mixing on low speed for 30 seconds or until dough ball forms.
  2. Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Scale dough and form into balls. Roll dough on lightly floured surface. Transfer dough to pie pans

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust, prepared

Chocolate Potato Fudge Bottom

Chocolate Cream Topping:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Then, add the butter, cocoa powder, and unsweetened chocolate to a saucepan and melt over medium-low heat. Stir until fully incorporated, then remove from heat.
  3. Now, gently mix in the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into the prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Meanwhile, mix together the chocolate cream topping in a bowl. Spread on top of the chocolate fudge layer, followed by Rich’s On Top Original Whipped Topping (#2413).
  6. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
