Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Then, prepare the butter by mixing in the orange and lemon zest, Season-All Blend, and freshly chopped herbs.
  3. Using a basting brush, gently brush the butter under the skin of the chicken breasts and thighs. Then, tie the legs together with kitchen twine.
  4. Place the prepared chicken into the foil pan, followed by the chicken broth.
  5. Arrange any remaining herb sprigs around the chicken, along with orange slices and garlic cloves.
  6. Now, cover with Kirkland Premium Quality Foodservice Foil (#1963) and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, and baste the juices onto the chicken.
  7. Continue to cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F, continuing to baste the juices to help prevent it from drying.
  8. Allow to rest before slicing.
