Spinach and Cheese Ravioli in Garlic and Sage Butter Sauce
We typically plan at least one pasta meal into our weekly dinner plans, and this is one of our favorites. For some reason, kids are willing to accept spinach if it’s wrapped in tender ravioli. This Spinach and Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter meal can be on the table in about 15 minutes, so it’s a great recipe to keep in mind for surprise dinner guests as well as busy weeknights.
Spinach and Cheese Ravioli in Garlic and Sage Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1-8oz package of Pasta Prima Spinach and Cheese Ravioli (#1911)
- 3- 4 leaves of dried or fresh sage, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped (#1289)
- Fresh Spinach to garnish
- Parmesan cheese (#1683)
Instructions:
- Follow the instructions on the Pasta Prima packaging on how to cook the ravioli. Then drain the ravioli.
- Put the butter, sage, and garlic on a frying pan and let the butter brown a little.
- Add in the drained ravioli to the pan and sear 1 minute on each side. Add a handful of fresh spinach to coat.
- Plate the ravioli and drizzle some of the butter sauce on top. Top with fresh grated parmesan cheese
