Cranberry Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Cranberry Cream Cheese Pinwheels
Ingredients:
- 4 Receta De Oro 10 in. Flour Tortillas (#1296)
- 16 oz Schreiber Cream Cheese (#1799), softened
- 1/3 cup chives, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup AP Sweet Dried Cranberries (#9205)
Instructions:
- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Then, add the chives and cranberries.
- Next, evenly spread the mixture onto the tortillas. Roll each tortilla, then place in the fridge for one hour.
- Remove from the fridge to cut into slices, then serve.
