Blueberry Lemon Thyme Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Silk Original Almond Milk (#1456)
- 1 cup Wyman’s Wild Blueberries (#1218)
- 1/2 cup Dole Chef-Ready Sliced Bananas (#2835)
- 1 tsp Busy Bee Light Amber Honey (#1149) or BBF Organic Agave (#3522)
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
- 2 Tbsp protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, optional
Ingredients:
