Chef Shamy Steakhouse Butter Seared Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 Main St. Meats Certified Hereford Choice Flat Iron Steaks (#1554), thawed and room temperature
- Regal Coarse Sea Salt (#1147) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- 1 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- Chef Shamy Steakhouse Butter (#2615)
Instructions:
- First, generously season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Then, heat the oil in a pan over high. Add the steaks, and cook for 3-7 minutes per side or until it reaches desired doneness.
- Now, remove the steaks from a pan and place a dollop of butter on each. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting into them.
