Easy Crepes

These easy crepes can be made using a variety of fillings and toppings. Our favorite is Nutella and strawberries.

Strawberry Nutella Crepes

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a lightly greased 5 to 6-inch frying pan or crepe pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl (or blender), stir together Buttermilk Pancake Mix and flour.
  3. Add water gradually, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and butter and continue to stir until smooth.
  5. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons batter into center of the frying pan.
  6. Tilt to coat bottom of pan evenly. Just a thin layer of batter should cover the pan.
  7. Cook crêpes until delicately browned; turn and cook lightly on other side.
  8. Serve with your favorite sweet or savory fillings
