- 2 True Lemon Crystallized Lemon Packets (#1689), dissolved in 1 Tbsp water
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup C & H Powdered Sugar (#1151)
- 4 Tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp Blue Cattle Truck Mexican Vanilla (#6919)
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 350F.
- Then, line a Crestware Cookie Sheet (#4020) with a piece of parchment paper (#1153).
- Now, cut the dough roll into 1/2″ slices. Use your finger to indent the center of each slice to hold the filling. Set aside.
- For the filling, whisk the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, True Lemon water and sour cream until smooth.
- Then, add a couple teaspoons of filling to the center of each prepared crescent roll slice.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until just golden brown. Move to a Crestware Cooling Rack (#1145).
- Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by combining all three ingredients. Add more milk and sugar as needed until desired consistency is reached.
- Once the danishes are slightly cooled, drizzle the glaze on top. Enjoy!
