Grilled Peaches with Granola
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- 4 Tbsp Chef Shamy Cinnamon Brown Sugar Honey Butter (#8129), melted
- 1 cup Gossner Foods Shelf-Stable Whipping Cream (#1696)
- 3 Tbsp C & H Powdered Sugar (#1151)
- 1 cup Fieldstone Bakery Premium Original Granola (#5768)
Instructions:
- First, brush the flesh of each peach with the melted butter. Then, place face down on the grill and cook 3-5 minutes to caramelize the butter.
- Meanwhile, beat the whipping cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
- Serve with a scoop of whipped cream and a handful of granola on top of each peach half.
