Hot Chocolate Eclair Float
Hot Chocolate with a twist! There’s something magical about a cup of hot cocoa while it’s snowing outside. It feels like a Hallmark movie, which we love. But, there are so many simple ways to upgrade your mug of cocoa to add to the magic.
Turn on your favorite Christmas movie and cuddle up with a warm blanket with a mug of Stephen’s hot chocolate, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped topping, and an eclair for a simple sweet drink. Think of it as a winter root beer float. Yum!
Tips for preparing hot cocoa:
- Use milk, not water, for a creamier drink and heat on the stove.
- Add a scoop or two of Pacific Chai Latte Mix (Vanilla Chai #1522, Spice Chai #1523).
- Use a candy cane to stir your hot cocoa, or crush it up and stir it in.

Hot Chocolate Eclair Float
Ingredients:
- Chocolate sauce
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 24 oz. Stephen’s Hot Cocoa, prepared
- Rich’s On Top Original Whipped Topping (#2413)
- 4 Delizza Belgian Custard Cream Mini Eclairs (#1351)
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions:
- First, add chocolate sauce to a plate. Dip the edge of the mug in the chocolate.
- Now, add a scoop of ice cream to the mug, followed by Stephen’s Hot Cocoa.
- Top with Rich’s On Top and chocolate savings, then add an eclair on a skewer.
- Repeat with 3 more mugs. Enjoy!
