Instructions:

  1. First, prepare the crust by adding the mix to a bowl. Using a paddle, gradually add water while mixing on low speed for 30 seconds or until dough ball forms. Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Then, scale the dough and form into 15 balls, reserving a little bit to use to top the pies, if desired. Roll dough balls on lightly floured surface.
  3. Transfer dough to pie pans, then add desired filling. Use reserved dough to top the pies.
  4. Next, bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is a light golden brown. Allow to cool 10-15 minutes before transferring to a Crestware Cooling Rack (#1145).
  5. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or homemade whipped cream using Gossners Shelf-Stable Whipping Cream (#1696).
