Classic Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Then, line a 9 or 10 inch pie dish with one of the crusts.
  3. Next, coat the blueberries with 3/4 cup sugar, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Pour onto the pie crust.
  4. Now, roll out the pie crust and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Lay half of the strips 1/2 inch apart across the top of the pie. Weave the remaining pie strips over and under to create the lattice pattern. Trim the edges as needed.
  5. Now, brush with milk and sprinkle with the sugar.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, covering the edges with foil (#1963) if necessary to prevent over-browning.
