Peach Pecan & Amaretto Pork Chops
Tender pork chops lightly seasoned and grilled to juicy perfection, then cooked in award winning San Saba Peach Pecan & Amaretto Preserves. Georgia Dippel in Falcon, CO shared, “This Jam was a hit for Christmas breakfast. If you love Amaretto you’ll love this jam. It’s really something different from the run of the mill jams out there. Chunks of peach & small bits of Pecans inside the yummy Amaretto jam. The big plus is it’s lower in carbs & calories from other jams.” This sweet and savory dinner will be ready in under 30 minutes!
Try reverse searing
With winter around the corner, chances are we won’t be grilling quite as much. But, reverse searing is a great method that still results in a juicy center, with a crispy exterior. First, quickly sear the pork chops in a cast iron skillet. Then, bake at 350F for 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F.
