Smoothie bowls are all the rage right now, so we love the idea of changing our Rainbow Parfait into a smoothie bowl. Simply use a bowl rather than a cup, and top with your blended smoothie with cut up fruit. In addition, you can add shredded coconut, chia seeds (#8941), granola (#5768), drizzled peanut butter (#2913) or honey (#1149). This Rainbow Smoothie Bowl will be a great way to change up breakfast!

Rainbow Protein Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup greek nonfat yogurt
- 2 tbsp PBfit (#3521)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced (#1214)
- 1/2 cup mango, chopped (#2655)
- 1/3 cup pineapple, diced (#8277)
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup blueberries (#1218)
- 10 grapes, halved
Instructions:
- In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, PBfit and protein powder. Pour into parfait glass.
- Add the fruit, one layer at a time, like a rainbow.
