Traditional Tomato Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can diced tomatoes
- 1 lb. SupHerb Farms Fusions Salsa Blend (#1841)
- Juice of one lime
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Then, set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for flavors to develop.

A mix between salsa and guacamole, this Tomatillo and Avocado Salsa will be a crowd pleaser.
Tomatillo and Avocado Salsa
Ingredients:
- 5 cups tomatillo, diced
- 3 cups Simplot Diced Avocado (#1645), thawed overnight
- 2 cups SupHerb Farms Fusions Salsa Blend (#1841)
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped ginger, if desired
- 1/2 cup BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
- 1/2 tsp AP Ground Cumin (#1442)
- Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Then, set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for flavors to develop.
- Serve over chicken, fish, or with tortilla chips.
