Thanksgiving Leftovers Sandwich
No one wants to cook the day after Thanksgiving! And, if you’re anything like us, chances are you have a good amount of food leftover. So, we’re turning our leftovers into a sandwich rather than eating the same meal again. The nice thing about this recipe is that it can use whatever food you have left, so the toppings can vary depending on each person. Enjoy turkey, potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and cranberry sauce stacked between two slices of bread.
Turn it into a panini!
We really enjoy a good panini. This can be done using two slices of bread, rolls, ciabatta buns, or really any type of bread. Simply cover one side of the bread in Chef Shamy Garlic Butter (#8124). Add the desired toppings, followed by the second slice of bread. Place into a panini press and cook until golden brown and crispy.
Stack your Thanksgiving leftovers onto a sandwich! Enjoy turkey, potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and cranberry sauce stacked between two slices of bread.
