Simple Scalloped Potatoes

100% Idaho potatoes sliced and paired with a creamy white cheese and onion sauce mix. These truly are the easiest scalloped potatoes, and we love them for Sunday dinners or holidays! Simply combine boiling water, butter and the sauce mix together, then add the potatoes and bake. You won’t even be able to tell these are dehydrated potatoes.

Tips and Tricks

  1. For creamier potatoes, use part milk + part water, or just swap the water for milk entirely.
  2. To make your potatoes extra cheesy, sprinkle a layer of Tillamook Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese (#1866) on top before baking.
  3. If you like a crispy top, coat with crumbled corn flakes or Italian bread crumbs with just enugh melted butter to slightly bind it together.
