Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Chicken breasts coated in freshly grated Parmesan, Garlic Supreme, paprika, and Italian N Pizza Seasoning fried in butter to crispy perfection. Serve with roasted squash, zucchini, and tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper and melted cheese.

Normally, Parmesan Chicken is served with Spaghetti Noodles (#1331) and spaghetti sauce, but we have been trying to find new ways to serve our favorite dishes with all our extra time (thanks to COVID-19). Here are a few of our favorite ideas:
- Serve with roasted squash, zucchini, and tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper and melted cheese.
- Place on top of sauteed zucchini noodles.
- Serve with a nice green salad, topped with Rosie’s Ranch Dressing (#1032).

Garlic Parmesan Chicken
- 4 Pierce’s Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (#6519), thawed and patted dry
- 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan, finely grated
- Black Pepper (#1029) to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Supreme (#2592)
- 1 tsp Mild Paprika (#1697)
- 1/2 tsp Italian N Pizza Seasoning (#1432)
- 4 Tbsp Kirkland Butter (#1723)
Instructions:
- Combine fresh Parmesan, Garlic Supreme, Paprika, and Italian N Pizza Seasoning in a shallow dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with black pepper, then dredge in the Parmesan mixture and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts until golden on each side until cooked through–about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of chicken breasts.
