Cheesy Chicken, Ham & Potato Skillet

Enjoy a skillet meal with chicken marinated with Montreal Chicken Seasoning along with fried ham & cheesy potatoes. It is perfect for a busy weeknight meal. Try adding a little bit of vinegar to the marinade for extra zing.

Recipe tips:

  1. Be careful when removing the pan from the oven to melt the cheese- don’t burn yourself!
  2. To skip a couple stems, fry the ham while you cook the potatoes.
  3. Rather than cooking everything separately, add all the ingredients to a cast iron pan and bake until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
