Becky’s Fast Summer Breakfast

Watch Becky share easy breakfast ideas to enjoy this summer.

I’m sharing some really great and easy breakfast ideas. For a lot of you, your kids are now getting out of school for the summer. So for me, as a busy working mom, I like to have easy breakfast ideas for him and my husband to eat so they can take care of themselves in the morning. The best part of these easy breakfast ideas from Alison’s Pantry is that when my kids were young, they could fix it for themselves (and they’re all inexpensive!). Here are some of those great products, and even better for mom if you trust your kids with a microwave.

Fast Summer Breakfast

  • Kellogg’s Eggo Homestyle Waffles (#1498) are wonderful! I love ordering these in bulk because I have enough for more than one or two meals. They’re super easy to prepare. You can microwave for 1 minute or 1 minute 30 seconds, then top with butter and your favorite syrup or eat them plain.
  • Farm Rich Cinnamon Sprinkle French Toast Sticks (#1499) are another easy product to throw in the microwave. These are coated in cinnamon sugar, so they are fabulous by themselves or with Log Cabin Syrup (#1590).
  • Jimmy Dean Ham & Cheese Stuffed Hash Browns (#2244) are perfect for older kids, husbands, or yourself. My husband is a truck driver so he’s gone a lot, and we love them for a fast breakfast. We cook them in the air fryer at 350 for about 15 minutes so they get crispy, but you can also microwave them for 2 minutes in the sleeves that are included in the box.
  • Another one of my husband’s favorites is the Jimmy Deans Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissant (#4454). We microwave these too, take them out of the plastic and wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, flip it over, and microwave for another 50 seconds and let it cool down a bit.
