Boneless Wing Poutine is made up of beer-battered fries topped with boneless breaded breast chunks, battered cheese curds, and gravy- a fun twist to a classic Canadian dish. This recipe makes enough for one serving, but can easily be doubled or tripled for a quick and fun dish for entertaining.

What is poutine?

Mmm, if you’re a fan of french fries then this dish is made for you! Poutine is a Canadian favorite that is traditionally made with french fries, cheese curds, and brown gravies. But, over time, many delicious variations have been created- most still using the base of fries and gravy, while others get a little more creative.

Some fun variations include adding meatballs + spaghetti sauce or turkey + cranberry sauce. However you serve this dish, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat air fryer to 400° F.
  2. Then, lightly spray the basket with Vegalene (#1212) and add the french fries. Cook for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway.
  3. If space allows, add the chicken during the last 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F. During the last 5 minutes, add the cheese curds. This may need to be done in batches, depending on how much you are making.
  4. To serve, place the fries in a bowl. Top with the Wing Dings, cheese curds, and gravy. Enjoy!
