  • Sally Wells, a rep in Encampment, WY used her mix to make bread. She said, “I make easy banana bread with the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix. Puree 4-5 ripe bananas, about 2 cups. Add to 2 cups mix. Add 1/2 chopped nuts, if desired. Mix all together. Spoon into two mini loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40-50 min. or until a toothpick comes out clean. My guys eat them up. Chocolate gives a different twist to an old favorite.”
  • Turn them into Pumpkin Chocolate Chips Bars by mixing 5 1/2 cups of mix with and egg, 15 oz. canned pumpkin, and 1/3 cup oil. Pour half the dough into a pan, drizzle half a can of sweetened condensed milk on top, follwed by the rest of the dough. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
