Ingredients:

Honey Apples:

Instructions:

  1. To make the crepes, whisk together all the ingredients. Then, heat a crepe pan or shallow skillet over medium low. Spray with Vegalene (#), then add about 1/3 cup of batter to the pan. Gently swirl so it covers the bottom, and cook until bubbles appear. Flip, and cook until the other side is a light golden brown, approx. 30-60 seconds. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the apples by melting the honey butter in a sauce pan. Add the apples, honey, apple cider and cinnamon and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are fork tender.
  3. To serve, top the crepes with the caramelized apples, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
