Fruit Pizza Sugar Cookies
Mini Fruit Pizzas made with a sugar cookie crust, cream cheese icing, and your choice of fruit. This easy dessert is perfect for dessert on a warm day, and requires hardly any prep work with the cookie dough pucks.
These are great for a quick treat for your family, but are also perfect to bring to neighborhood picnics or to serve at a wedding reception. Simply place them on a pretty platter for guests to enjoy. Plus, try serving a DIY Fruit Pizza Bar! Set out the frosted cookies on a platter, followed by bowls of assorted fruits with little tongs for guests to top their own cookies.

Fruit Pizza Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
- Janey Lou’s Sugar Cookie Dough (#2612)
- Janey Lou’s Cream Cheese Icing (#8388)
- Fresh or frozen fruit- Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries (#2832), grapes, Wyman’s Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries (#1218), Wyman’s Mango Chunks (#2655), kiwi slices, Wyman’s Fresh Frozen Red Raspberries (#1219), mandarin oranges, Wyman’s Fresh Frozen Blackberries (#1221), etc.
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 350°F. Then, line a Crestware Cookie Sheet (#4020) with a Crestware Silicone Baking Mat (#8436).
- Next, break out the desired numbers of cookies from the freezer and evenly space on the baking sheet.
- Bake cookies for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Then, transfer to a Crestware Cooling Rack (#1145).
- Once cooled, spread icing on each cookie. Top with desired fruit, and enjoy!
