Strawberry Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Chef Ready Diced Strawberries (#2832)
- 1 cup chopped mango (#2655)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion, or diced onion (#5772)
- 1/8 cup diced jalapeno
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp honey (#1148)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions:
- Chop the thawed strawberries and mango, then jalapeno and cilantro.
- Add strawberries, mango, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro to a bowl (#7756).
- Drizzle the honey and lime juice over all the ingredients, and mix together.
- Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Serve cold.
