Meatball Garlic Toast Crostini

Meatball Garlic Toast Crostini
Ingredients:
- 8 slices New York Bakery Garlic Toast (#2049)
- 1/2 bag Rosina Italian Style Meatballs (#9142)
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 8 slices mozzarella, sliced
- 8 leaves fresh basil, chopped
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 400F.
- Then, line a baking sheet (#4020) with parchment paper (#). Add the meatballs in a single layer, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Add the garlic bread for the last 4 minutes.
- Now, top each piece of bread with marinara sauce, 6 meatballs, and a slice of mozzarella. Return to the oven and bake for 6 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.
- Remove from oven and garnish with sliced basil. Serve warm.
