Italian Style Meatball Stuffed Garlic Knots

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Then, divide the dough into 6 smaller balls. Use a rolling pin to roll out into a 4 inch circle.
  3. Next, add 1 Tbsp marina sauce to the center of the dough and top with 2 meatballs and 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese. Close the dough over the meatballs and pinch to seal the edges.
  4. Place with the seam side down onto a cookie sheet (#4020) lined with a silicone mat (#8436). Repeat until all ingredients are used, leaving space on the cookie sheet for dough growth.
  5. Now, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Use a basting brush to brush the mixture on each meatball knot.
  6. Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown, then serve with marinara sauce.
