Berry Lemonade Cheesecake

Single Serving Dessert
If you’re still airing on the side of caution with BBQ’s due to COVID-19 but wanting to entertain friends and family as the weather gets warmer, turning this cheesecake into bite-sized cheesecakes is the way to go. Plus, who doesn’t love finger food?
To turn this dessert into individual servings, just prepare the filling as instructed below. But, fill Keebler Graham Tart Shells (#1422) instead of a pie shell. Top each one with berries and place them on a serving platter for your guests to grab their own.

Berry Lemonade Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Country Time Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix (#2536)
- 2 Tbsp C & H Granulated Sugar (#1632)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups thawed Cool WHip Whipped Topping
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.) or Keebler Graham Tart Shells (#1422)
- 1 cup mixed blueberries sliced strawberries
Instructions:
- First, beat cream cheese, drink mix and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in milk. Then, whisk in Cool Whip.
- Now, spoon the mixture into the crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Top with berries just before serving.
