Cinnamon Fried Pineapple
Tender pineapple pieces fried in honey, cinnamon honey butter, and cream. The perfect ice cream topping for a warm day! This easy dessert only takes 10 minutes to make and will leave you feeling like you’re enjoying a tropical vacation. While we have this recipe in a skillet, it can also be prepared in a grill basket, baked, or even air-fried.

Cinnamon Fried Pineapple
Ingredients:
- Approx. 4 cups Firestone Pineapple Chunks (#2922)
- 2 Tbsp. Chef Shamy Cinnamon Honey Butter (#8129)
- 1 Tbsp Cox’s Pure Clover Honey (#2956)
- 1/3 cups cream
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions:
- Melt Cinnamon Butter and honey in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the pineapple, and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, then add cream. Stir to incorporate.
- Serve on vanilla ice cream.
