Halloween Candy Caramel Corn

A classic Halloween treat that comes to mind every year is a Caramel Popcorn Ball, but they can be a pain to eat (and a mess to make)! Plus, if you’re looking for a treat for trick-or-treaters or parties, we feel better about serving a treat that doesn’t require hands to shape.

Enter. Halloween Candy Caramel Corn. The same delicious feel of Caramel Corn Balls, with way less mess! This sweet and salty treat is full of Halloween Candy and caramel sauce tossed with freshly popped salty popcorn. It’s incredibly easy to toss together, and is sure to be a hit whether it’s served for a Halloween party or as a fun after school snack for the kids. Plus, get them involved in making it by setting out different mix ins!

Swap out the mix-ins!

To customize this caramel popcorn, you can divide it into smaller bowls already mixed in with the caramel toppings. Then, set each additional mix in in it’s own bowl, allowing for everyone to add whatever they want. In addition to what this recipe already calls for, set these out for more festive ideas:

  • Crushed oreo cookies – even better if they’re the Halloween Oreos with orange filling!
  • Melted almond bark or white chocolate chips
  • Gummy worms
  • Eye ball sprinkles
  • Chopped up Halloween candy bars

  1. First, toss the popped popcorn in the butter and caramel topping, a little bit at a time to ensure an even coating.
  2. Then, mix in the nuts and candies and dig in!
