This Key Lime Chia Parfait is perfect for a hot summer day. Layered with a lime mixture and chia seeds, it makes for a great breakfast or snack. Try adding slivered almonds or hemp seeds as well.

Key Lime Chia Parfait



  1. First, blend together all of the ingredients except for the last four.
  2. Then, whisk the chia seeds into the mixture. Allow to sit for at least 5 hours, or overnight.
  3. Next, assemble your parfait by layering the chia mixture, yogurt, and granola. Garnish as desired.
