Roast Beef Bahn Mi

Ingredients:

Sriracha mayo:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat your oven to 350F. Then, cut your mini loaves lengthwise- leaving one end connected.
  2. Toast your mini loaves in the oven for 3-5 minutes on a baking sheet (#5957).
  3. While that is baking, prepare the Sriracha Mayo by mixing together the mayo with Sriracha sauce.
  4. Remove mini loaves from the oven. Next, spread the desired amount of Sriracha Mayo on one side of your baguette. Then, add 2-3 slices of warmed roast beef, a few jalapeño slices, a couple cucumber slices, ¼ cup shredded carrots, and top with mint leaves, radishes, and cilantro. Enjoy!
