Why we chose Farmland Bone-In Pork Loin Center Cut Chops
These pork chops are Silver Medal, and Extra Tender. Along with being lean, they are trimmed so there is less waste and more meat per serving. Farmland Pork Chops are marinated for added tenderness. Vivian Kissee, our co-owner Jesse’s wife, shared, “I make a lot of Asian dishes, and pork chops are one of the meats that I use often. They are cut in very good sizes and thickness. We made BBQ Pork Chops and they were so tasty. We can’t stop ordering more and more. Thank you for offering such an amazing product.”
