Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

Take your dessert to the next level with a Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie- using only our Janey Lou’s Cookie Dough. This can be served in individual slices, or restaurant-style straight out of the skillet.

Change it up!

Skillet cookies are extremely easy to customize, especially if you’re making the dough from scratch. Feel free to add extra mix-ins like AP Deluxe Mixed Nuts (#9121), chopped-up candy bars, Gerken’s Mini Cinnamon Drops (#2776), etc. To keep it simple, you can also just use Janey Lou’s Peanut Butter Chip Cookie Dough (#2611) or Sugar Cookie Dough (#2612).

Another idea is to whip up a half batch of AP Richly Delicious Fudge Brownie Mix (#1824) or AP Marvelous ‘N Chewy Macaroon Mix (#1965). Press the cookie dough into the skillet, then top with the prepared mix and bake until cooked through. Add desired toppings.
