Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Then, generously seasoning the fillets with salt and pepper and place onto a baking sheet (#4020) lined with parchment paper (#1153).
  3. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, red pepper flakes (optional), lemon juice, and zest, then pour over the tilapia. Next, place the lemons around the fillets on the baking sheet.
  4. Now, bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
  5. Before serving, garnish with parsley flakes.
