This creamy, rich, garlicky Keto Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin makes one delicious side dish that will easily become addictive. While it isn’t the same as Potato Gratin, it is a wonderful alternative.

What to do if using frozen veggies:

If you are using frozen veggies, be sure to thaw them beforehand. In addition, we recommend draining any excess water as best as you can. If there is too much water, it can cause the creamy sauce to split.

Keto Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat your oven to 390F.
  2. Then, steam the florets enough to still have a slight crunch in the middle. Drain and place into a large bowl.
  3. Add garlic, butter, salt, pepper, cream cheese, and heavy cream to a small saucepan. Cook on medium for 7-10 minutes until the cream cheese melts, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, prepare the bacon.
  4. Next, add the sauce, bacon, and half the shredded cheese into the bowl with the florets and stir together.
  5. Pour into a casserole dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese and bacon, if desired.
  6. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown. Enjoy!
